The meat would have been softer if we ordered it 50% ripe
it would be great if the meat was more juicy
anyhow, it tasted good
I just couldnt take the last bite...i was so full

as for the white colour one, i aint sure bout what that exactly is
it's a bit creamy, a bit sourish...also kinda tasted like butter or margarine
